The BH II Experience
What to expect when you walk through our doors.
A typical BH II meeting
Our meetings run every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 1:45pm to 4:30pm at Braddell Heights Community Centre, Level 3, Classroom 4 (#03-12). Each session is structured, energetic, and always a little different.
| Time | Segment | What happens |

| 1:45pm | Doors Open | Guests are welcomed, sign in, and get a feel for the room. |
| 1:50pm | Opening | President or Toastmaster of the Day opens the meeting and sets the tone. |
| 2:00pm | Prepared Speeches | 2 to 3 members deliver their Pathways speeches. Topics range from personal stories to persuasive arguments. |
| 2:45pm | Table Topics | The Table Topics Master calls on members and guests to speak impromptu for 1 to 2 minutes. |
| 3:15pm | Evaluations | Trained evaluators give structured feedback on each prepared speech. The General Evaluator wraps up the whole meeting. |
| 3:45pm | Awards and Closing | Best Speaker, Best Table Topics, and Best Evaluator awards are announced. |
| 4:00pm | Fellowship | Informal networking. A great time to chat with members and decide if BH II is for you. |
Guests are welcome, always
You do not need to be a Toastmasters member to attend. Come as a guest, take a seat, and observe. You may even get called up for Table Topics if you are feeling brave. There is no obligation, no pressure to join, and no registration needed. Just show up.
