Come as a guest first. No registration, no commitment, just show up.

Step 1: Come as a guest

The easiest way to experience BH II is to walk in to one of our regular meetings. Guests are always welcome — no need to register in advance and no pressure to speak.

As a guest, you will be warmly introduced to the room if you are happy to be, invited (but never required) to try Table Topics, and can simply sit back and watch how a meeting runs. Most guests leave surprised at how friendly and low-pressure it feels.

What members say

"Though I was sociable, I was shy and rather quiet. When I was teased, I would feel very uncomfortable. Now I would be the one teasing others. I have become more open, verbal and enjoying the Toastmasters movement. Toastmasters is a journey where we learn and improve, learn and share, and learn and lead. Whatever your pace, the choice is yours and it is for you to take."

— Linda Ong, Member since 1998

"Toastmasters is a journey. Every member learns, improves and shares with fellow members. The more a member does, the more he or she benefits. It's a game where practice makes perfect — or if not perfect, better."

— Lim Li Li, Member

Step 2: Register on Eventbrite (optional but helpful)

We list our upcoming meetings on Eventbrite. Registering is free and helps us welcome you by name when you arrive — walk-ins are equally welcome.

Step 3: Become a member

If BH II feels like the right fit, joining is straightforward. Annual membership is SGD 280 — roughly $23 a month — covering both Toastmasters International dues and your BH II club membership in full. There is no separate joining or registration fee.

You are welcome to attend as a guest more than once before deciding to join. Take your time.
